Why is Birmingham City Cycles such a shit bike shop?

...because the aussie who works there is rude arrogant, patronising and thinks he knows everything about bikes.

or maybe he was hating on me because i didnt have any brakes or gears?

on there website they say "At Birmingham city cycles we take the time to understand your needs and using our expertise"
what a shame they didnt take the time to understand my needs and they're expertise is limited to top spec road bikes they dont want to know about you if you dont have a top spec road bike.

i know im ranting on a bit but it wasnt a pleasant experience.

ive had the same arrogant treatment there too. Went in for some new lights a few months a go. He said who needs lights this time of year? It stays light to 7, we wont be getting any in untill september. bit of a nob really.
